A Brief History
The business started in 1992, by Charlie Chapin as a way to generate extra income to pay for graduate school. At that time he wrote brochures and formal presentations for both public and private clients. In 1993, San Joaquin County Public Health hired him to write and produce a multi-media campaign to reduce tobacco use. The first television PSA he wrote for that campaign, titled Dear Mom & Dad won a national award for its scripting and SJ County has been a client ever since. The company rapidly evolved into a multimedia communications firm and they outsourced a growing demand for video production.
In 1996,
Charlie finished his Ph.D. in Marketing with a concentration in qualitative
research and in 2000 was chosen
as small Business Operator of the Year. We rapidly eveloved, amassing 45 national
awards for non-network video productions and winning best documentary in the
Delta Fil Festival in
2003 & 2004. In 2003 we also began concentrating
our expertise in documentary production for attorneys representing catastrophic
personal injury victims.
By January, 2006 our legal clients had recovered
over $90 Million, averaging nearly $1M per client,
and
we opened an office in Boise, Idaho.
