can occur as a flat fee, fee per finished minute or in certain circumstances
we offer contingency fee agreements. Modified contingency fee agreements
allow you to defer payment on a substantial part of the production costs
until settlement or favorable judgment on your case. The costs of production
are normally a cost of suit. Given that they usually settle a case while
avoiding the costs of a trial, and add substantial value to a case, it’s
arguable whether or not there is an actual cost or simply an exponential
return on investment. In the final analysis, it is after all, not about
what the movie costs, but what the movie makes.
