Day-In-the-Life Documentaries (also known as Activities of Daily Living) enable a clients injury to speak for itself. In fact, these videos are often the best way to present compelling evidence to a mediator, arbitrator, defendant, insurance company and/or a jury about how your clients future has been impacted by the harm that gave rise to the litigation. The extent of most injuries and the attendant pain and suffering, can be accurately demonstrated by capturing key activities that show how your client's life has been altered in carrying out even the simplest of tasks. These are neither hosted nor narrated and take about a week to produce. Planning for production includes the caregiver(s) being filmed while providing their services such as physical rehabilitation, feeding, bathing, dressing, Doctor visits, changing the dressings on injuries, etc.
