Charlie Chapin, Ph.D. is the Owner / Executive Producer / Founder of Moonshadow Productions & Research. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College, University of the State of New York, along with an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Marketing from Pacific Western University. He is certified as a Research Professional by the Marketing Research Association and is also certified by the American Guild of Court Videographers as a Senior Court Video Specialist. Charlie opened Moonshadow Productions in 1992 and has earned 68 national awards for producing documentaries, corporate and educational videos. In 2004 he began producing legal settlement videos that were used in alternative dispute resolution on behalf of victims of catastrophic personal injury and was instrumental in assisting in the recovery of over $100 Million. In 2000, Charlie was chosen as Small Business Operator of the Year by the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce. He is publisher and co-author of Courage, Change and Vision, A History of The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department from 1850 - 2003. Charlie is a highly decorated, twice wounded combat veteran of the Vietnam War where he served with the United States Army Special Forces, conducting top secret reconnaissance missions into Cambodia.
Andrew Peth is a member of the Moonshadow Productions' web design team, where he works as an independent contractor performing various web-related production and maintenance duties. He is tasked with the design and maintenance of our own website. Andrew earned his degree in Information Technology & Statistics at the University of Missouri - Columbia.
